Another successful National Mills Weekend
A second successful National Mills Weekend with over 70 visitors during the two days, and from as far afield as the Netherlands and Belgium. The weather threatened to put a dampener on things but fortunately the worst was avoided and there was plenty of wind and some sun too!
Thanks to the plentiful donations, we added greatly to the restoration fund and have a healthy amount in readiness for major works planned for the summer.
Many thanks to our friends and family that helped support us during the weekend, bringing cakes for sale, guiding visitors and manning the refreshments stall!
